Imagine.  Sketch.  Obsess.  Draft.  Make.  Learn.  Refine.  Repeat.

Hi, I'm Cory.

My experience includes positions as a commercial interior designer, a custom cabinetmaker, a trim carpenter, a craft bartender, and university design studio instructor.  Each has contributed a unique design vocabulary and skillset that is perpetually being honed and adapted into my ongoing pursuits.

I live and work in Eugene, Oregon as an assistant professor of interior architecture and furniture maker.

My research explores the integration of digital fabrication technologies with traditional craft making practices.  Often these tests result in one-off furniture prototypes that exist as proofs of concept. I am open to opportunities to explore these pieces through production partnerships, or the chance to design new lines for established manufacturers.
